- Matthew P Added 2017-12-05★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Took my Ram in due to a rattling in the dash and they said they couldn't "replicate" the problem. I had to crawl in under the dash and guerilla glue the loose vent. Windshield sensor went and they tried to blame me for using the "wrong" windshield wash. Was told it was fixed and didn't even get back home before the problem occurred again. So I took the truck back but I also wanted the front amber light fixed. Got a call to pick up truck and as soon as I turned the truck on light was still out. I went back in and left the keys and refused to take the truck back till my problems were fixed. Finally they got it done and made me sign papers after the work was done, which they hadn't ask me to do before. This has been my service experience thus far!
